How can I convert my personal midi files into ringtones and then get them onto my Sanyo 8300 without a cable?

In 2004 there was a website that I could upload a custom midi file to, and it would send my phone a ringtone made from that file.
I can’t find that site, and searches for something similiar result in millions of pay sites and scams, mostly for downloading artists I don’t like. Is there a way I can get my midi files or mp3’s onto my phone for free without a data cable? -Beverlee

8300 also supports mp4. so you can do music tone also.
