I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to get ringtones on my cell phone without having internet access? If so, do you know of any websites that offer this service free? Thanks for your time! -

For instance, I have Verizon, so when I get free ringtones, they come to me as a picture/text message with the ringtone attached and when I open the message, I can hear the ringtone.
My parents have AT&T, and when I used the same site, they get text messages from the sight as a text message where you have to click on a link and download the song.
Do you mean having internet access on your cell phone, or access to a computer?
Try sites such as myxertones.com, phonezoo.com, or zedge.net. These are free sites. But, how you are able to get the ringtones sent to your phone depends on the factors that I mentioned above.
My sister, now, she simply saves the ringtones from her PC to her memory card, and then puts the memory card back in her phone….
