I was just curious if theres a way to make free ringtones for a pantech c3b cell phone (cingular)? Instead of paying all the fees! If so please tell me step by step im rather cell phone illiterate! I do construction not technology!lol! Anyways i would appreciate any help with this! -Wilton

Then if it is, you can make free ringtones from mp3 music files for free from the site
Ventones
and they send it to your phone.
