One of my older computers (with an older browser) had problems. I'm not certain this is an issue but when I use my newer laptop with the newer browser, all is well. That said, ventones sometimes mangles the resulting file and you have to start over. Pretty good for free though... I would make sure your web browser is completely up to date.
