   it is absolutely 100% guaranteed free!
   just make an account (also free) and make ringtones, upload them,
   make backgrounds, upload them… etc.

   there’s no catch to this
   and it’s got all the songs u want also u can make your own [[=

   when you make your account, you will need to put in what kind of fone you have — then zedge will make your searches only for your fone and your phone company [[=

   i recommend uploading the ringtones you downloaded from zedge to your fone THROUGH your memory card

   the best one out there and FREE
   They are Approved and Certified by most carriers,
   to allow their customers to make their own free ringtones, and
   they text it straight to your phone.
   And they format the ringtone specifically
   for your phone because they ask you for it right
   after you sign up.

   I know because I’ve used it for my 2 phones,
   for the last 2 years, and I’ve gotten a bunch of my friends
   on it as well

   I am good friends with the Verizon manager in our town and we both use myxer.com, completely free i promise! you do have to make a password but i promise their is no catch! i was real leary too about websites since i see so many people come in with huge bills from getting screwed over by “free” download sites, but this site has free ringtones, wallpapers and games. Hope i helped good luck!

   the poster above me must not be very good friends with the verizon manager because the site she is recommending stopped working for verizon months ago. verizon shut down their short code and myxer no longer works for verizon. Don’t listen to her she’s a spammer for myxer

   verizon doesn’t allow free ringtone sites because they have updated their phones / network to block or remove all attachments with ringtones that are sent through their systems. they only allow companies that have gone through a rigorous approval process. and free ringtone companies are not on that list!
