Okay, so I have this new ringtone I wanna sync, but when I go to sync it, it comes up with every ringtone I have except for the one I want to use. Have you had this problem? HELP!

I upload my own songs on to ventones and then nothing happens, where can i find my ringtones for download?

I never even see the second screen shown in the tutorial with the “song name” and “artist name” entries. -Alex
