were can I get free ringtones without having an internet connection on my phone?

I have an AT&T LGCU500. It’s a great phone but my dad deactivated the internet connection, so I cant get ringtones. I Want free ones, I’ve tried websites like Ventones, but even if I send it as a picture it says I need to connect, can anyone help? -Reid

they text it straight to your phone.
And they format the ringtone specifically
for your phone because they ask you for it right
after you sign up.
I know because I’ve used it for my 2 phones,
for the last 2 years, and I’ve gotten a bunch of my friends
on it as well
